Coverage and prices

Pesos: bank transfer / MercadoPago. US dollars (WPCH only): PayPal, fees included. The last-minute World Finals Pass is paid by MercadoPago only.

What's included

Each coverage includes 6 final edited high-resolution photos, chosen by the Athlete, of one performance. A duo or group is a single performance.

Extra photos

Purchased at the selection stage, per unit or in packs.

With Pack 10, every single photo added gets 75% off.

World Finals Pass

For the APCH categories that qualify for WPCH. Bought together with the APCH coverage, before your category competes.

• If you qualify: we also cover your WPCH performance (6 final photos of that performance).
• If you don't qualify: the pass becomes 6 extra photos of your APCH performance.

Last-minute World Finals Pass

For athletes who qualified in APCH and didn't buy the World Finals Pass. Opens on the page after the APCH awards, for a limited time and with MercadoPago only, at the current WPCH coverage price.

Booking deadlines

• Before the competition: until Thursday, December 3. Early-bird price until Monday, November 30; regular price afterwards.
• During the competition: at the competition price (+20%), until the start of the competition day on which your category performs (Friday 14:30, Saturday 12:00, Sunday 12:00 and Monday 12:05).
• After the competition: without a prior booking, photos are limited to general shots, with a 35% surcharge on the regular price. Before paying, check with the Team whether we have photos of your performance. Available until Sunday, January 10, 2027.

The process

1. You pay and fill in the formYour booking is confirmed with prior payment. Before the competition: until Thursday, December 3. During the competition, at the competition price (+20%), until the start of your category's competition day.
2. A Team member covers your whole performanceA member of the Team photographs your performance from start to finish.
3. You get your thumbnails by emailOn Monday, December 14 you receive a link with all the photos of your performance in low resolution so you can choose.
4. You pick your 6 favoritesThe choice is yours. You have until Sunday, December 20. If you choose after that date, your delivery moves to a second batch, after the general delivery.
5. Extra photos, if you want moreWhen choosing, you can add as many photos as you like. Paid at that stage, not now. Completely optional.
6. You receive your final edited photosOn Wednesday, December 30, 2026 you receive your final edited high-resolution photos via a Google Drive link.

Terms

• ✓Photography only. No video.
• ✓6 final photos with digital development (light, tones, color, cropping), chosen by the Athlete from the shots of their performance.
• ✓First you get the low-resolution thumbnails (Monday, December 14) to choose your favorites.
• ✓Delivery via Google Drive, individual link, on Wednesday, December 30, 2026.
• ✓Extra photos are purchased at the selection stage.
• ✗We don't do cosmetic retouching or body modifications (skin smoothing, removing marks, tattoos, or costume/stage imperfections).
• ✗We don't deliver or sell the raw files (RAW) of the performance.
• ✗Bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable, including no-shows or disqualification. The World Finals Pass of an athlete who doesn't qualify becomes extra photos, not money.
• ✗No cash payments at the competition.
• ✗No bookings via Instagram, WhatsApp or e-mail. Only through this form.
• !During the competition we communicate via Instagram. Check your message requests too.
• !One booking per performance. If you compete in more than one category, make one booking for each.
• !Your booking is confirmed when you submit the form with your payment receipt. If the payment is not credited, the booking is cancelled.
• !By submitting the form you accept all the terms on this page.
